Cupid Intant Footwear do not refund. There is no refund or exchange on sale items or discontinued stock.

In the case of manufacturing faults, please contact us.Items must be returned to us within 7 days. Shoes will be replaced with the same or similar design, subject to availability.
Faults due to neglect, or misuse will not be recognised.
